Dynamic Filtering

The filter values at the dictionary level and at the global level can be changed dynamically through actions of the dictionary manager. For more details, refer to the interface documentation.

These filtering values can also be managed with the following provadmin commands: 
provadmin setfilter eventdictionary [ nodename=<value> ]
                                    [ name=<value> ]
                                    filter=<value>

provadmin getfilter eventdictionary [ nodename=<value> ]
                                    [ name=<value> ]
                                    level=<value>
