Specifying A Configuration Directory
When Fulfillment Provisioning runs, it reads and writes a variety of data from files located in run-directory /conf. This data includes:
-
The top-level provisioning flow
-
Catalog definitions for products, services, profiles, product orders, and so on
-
Product order flows
-
Filewriter configuration
You can also specify a configuration directory when you start Fulfillment Provisioning. If you do, before starting Fulfillment Provisioning, the configuration files there are copied to run-directory /conf. Changes are made to run-directory /conf, but your files in the configuration directory remain unchanged.
If you specify a configuration directory, you should specify the same directory in each provadmin command.
If you specify a configuration directory, certain configuration files must be present in the directory. See the provadmin command help for more details.
