You can transform data from one format to another by using the FHIR converter option in
Foresight Connect with FHIR application.
Prerequisites
You must have access to the
Foresight Connect with FHIR application and the FHIR converter service must be up and running.
Procedure
Log in to the
Foresight Connect with FHIR application and go to the
Convert tab.
To select the source file to convert, click
FHIR Converter in the left pane and then click
Browse.
To fetch templates to convert the source file, enter the
Converter URL and then click
Fetch Templates.
To select the type of conversion you want to do, select the option from the drop down. The options available are
CDA_To_FHIR or
HL7v2_To_FHIR.
To transform the source file, select a template from the drop down.
You can view the available templates, edit an existing template, or add a new template. If you edit an existing template, you must save it with a different name.
The converted file is displayed in the
Response section.
To copy the converted file, click
Copy to Clipboard.
