Introduction 

TIBCO Foresight(R) REST API is a web application designed to
expose the Instream and Translator REST APIs, which can be used
by any applications that require EDI/Flat File validation
and/or EDI/Flat File/XML translation.

Note that use of the Foresight REST API features is tied to the
customer's licensing of the relevant TIBCO Software packages:

TIBCO BusinessConnect(TM) Container Edition - EDI Protocol 
TIBCO Foresight(R) Instream(R) Standard or Healthcare Editions
TIBCO Foresight(R) Translator Standard or Healthcare Editions
