Locking a Party

Locks can only be added to an existing parties. To add a lock to an existing party perform the following steps:

1. Click Parties.
2. Locate the required party that needs to be locked using Previous or Next. You can also search the item using the Search feature. See Searching a Party for more details.
3. Click the party to be modified.
4. Provide values to the following fields:
   • Key
   • Priority
   • Timeout
5. Click the Set link.
6. Click Update .
   The party is locked and the control is passed back to the Inventory Party page.
