   64-bit hardware, operating system, compiler, linker and JDK
   are required:
   
   JDK 8 or higher (64-bit) is only required for Java
   applications.
   
   Go 1.18.4 or higher is required for Go applications.
   
   Linux applications require the 3.10 kernel (or later) and glibc
   2.17 (or later).
   
   Windows applications require Visual Studio 2019 (VC17).
   
   In order to use the RDMA transport type, you must obtain the
   latest RDMA and OFED libraries from your hardware vendor.
