Migration and Docker

Release 6.x simplifies the use of Docker containers. The FTL agent is no longer needed.

The agent was a critical component in Release 5.4 and earlier, but it is obsolete in Release 6.x.

Omit the agent from all containers. Omit any arguments that pertain to the agent, such as the discover:// argument.

Otherwise, the migration tasks are identical to migration without Docker.
