Installing on Windows

To install FTL on Windows platforms, complete these steps

Procedure

  1. Ensure that the .NET framework is properly installed and up to date.
  2. Download the installation package.
    Download the package for either the community edition or the enterprise edition.
  3. Run the installer.
    Double-click the installation package icon.
    Follow the installation prompts to complete the process.

Result

TIBCO FTL is installed in C:\tibco\ftl\6.5. If the .NET framework is properly installed, then installing TIBCO FTL automatically registers the FTL libraries with the Windows GAC.
