Purpose

This method adds Event to the Microsoft Windows Application Event Log, using source name TIBHawk.

Remarks

The event type is indicated by its event ID in the Microsoft Windows Event Log.

Arguments

 

Name	Type	Description
Event Type	String	The type of event, indicated by the event ID in the Microsoft Windows Event Log: • Information (event ID is 16) • Error (event ID is 17) • Warning (event ID is 18)
Event Category	Integer	Specifies the source-specific category of this event. The category may be any value between zero and 65535 where zero represents "no category."
Description	String	Complete textual description of this event
