Purpose

Sends an unsolicited message to the monitoring agent.

Remarks

An unsolicited message is an application information, warning, or error message that is sent from the managed application directly to the manager (TIBCO Hawk agent).

Parameters

 

Parameter	Description
type	Alert message type (information, warning, or error).
text	A text message describing the alert condition.
id	An arbitrary identification number defined by the application.
