Update the TIBCO Hawk and JMX Configuration

In the hawkagent.cfg file, update the -hma_plugin_dir option.

This option specifies the directory that will be searched when loading the microagent plug-ins. For more information, see TIBCO Hawk Installation and Configuration.

Copy the TIBCO_HOME/hawk/<version>/plugin/jmx/config/JMXServiceMA.hma file to TIBCO_HOME/tibco/cfgmgmt/hawk/plugin.

The plug-in uses the JMXServiceMA.hma file to obtain the location of the configuration file that will be used by the plug-in. By default, the configuration file is located at TIBCO_HOME/hawk/<version>/plugin/jmx/config/JMXPluginConfig.xml.

Use the TIBCO_HOME/hawk/<version>/plugin/jmx/config/JMXconfiguration.xsd file to validate the configuration file before using it. See the TIBCO Hawk JMX Plug-in User’s Guide for sample configuration files.
