Restarts the recoverable process for specified ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks application.
Arguments

| Application Version | Version of the application. If not configured, all versions of the application are considered. | Yes |
| Process ID | Process Instance ID. If a valid value is specified, the process with matching process instance ID is restarted. | No |
