Description 

The specified operating system UserName is not an iProcess user, but attempted to run a SWDIR\bin\swutil command that can only be run by iProcess users - for example, SWDIR\bin\swutil AUDIT.

Either:

Re-run the SWDIR\bin\swutil command that failed as an appropriate iProcess user.
