WQDJMS Failed to (Action) WQD record for WQDID (WQDID) to database. Reason: (ReasonCode).

Description 

The server failed either to add or to delete an entry for a Work |Queue Delta subscription. The ReasonCode should provide more information to resolve the issue.

To resolve the problem:

1.

Check the ReasonCode for further information.

2.

Check the SWDIR\logs\sw_error file for any related database errors that may have caused the problem.
