Viewing Log Files

You can view all log files by navigating to Administration > Data Files.

Because data files are compressed, you must save them to your local computer and decompress them for viewing. When you click a Data File Name, the appliance initiates a file download to your local system.

The Data Files page lists all log files. To download and view a data file, click its file name.

Procedure

  1. To limit the list of data files by time, select the year, month, day, and time to view.
  2. Click on the Data File Name for the file you want to view.
    The appliance downloads the data file to your local computer.
  3. Unzip the downloaded file.
  4. Open the downloaded file in a text editor.
