Setting the Time Zone and Time

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Administration > System Settings and click the Time tab.
  2. Select the appropriate Time Zone from the Time Zone drop-down menu.
  3. Click the Update Time check box to define how to synchronize your local time:
    1. Select Specify Time.
    2. Manually define the system time (MMDDhhmmYY.ss) or specify NTP server information.

  4. Click Update to save your changes.
    The Virtual Appliance prompts you that an immediate reboot is required.
  5. Click OK to let the Virtual Appliance reboot for changes to take effect.
    Note: Any changes to the Time settings are applied after restarting the Virtual Appliance.
