Installation of the Cable Management Arm (CMA)

Installing the Cable Management Arm includes the following tasks.

  1. Identifying the Cable Management Arm Kit Contents
  2. Installing and Removing the CMA Tray
    The CMA tray provides support and acts as a retainer for the CMA.
  3. Installing the CMA Attachment Brackets
    Depending on the cable routing from the system, attach the CMA to either the right or left mounting rail.
  4. Installing and Removing the CMA
  5. Moving the CMA Away from the CMA Tray
    The CMA can be rotated away from the system for access and service (service position).
  6. Cabling the System by Using the CMA
