Showing Columns

You can define which columns to display in the Searches and Reports when the Data Privacy Mode is enabled.

1. Access Management > Column Manager from the navigation menu.
   The Column Manager window appears.
2. Select the Column Name checkbox next to the column name that you want to select. You can select multiple columns at a time.
3. Click the Show button to display the selected columns.

Result

The icon will be removed from the Hidden in Data Privacy Mode column and those columns will be displayed in the Search or Report.
