Starting Graphical Mode

This section describes the procedure to start the graphical mode for installing LogLogic^® Universal Collector on Windows and Linux systems.

On Windows

Procedure

Log in as Local Administrator.
Run the LogLogic^® Universal Collector setup program: TIB_loguc_xxx_setup_windows.exe
An installation wizard is displayed.

On Linux

Procedure

Connect to the machine.
Set the permission to the installer file by using the following command:
chmod 755 <installer file>
Open the LogLogic^® Universal Collector executable file by using the following command:
TIB_loguc_xxx_setup_linux.bin -i swing
