About Reports

CRMS reports provide access to a specific sets of reports, including the following:

  • Customer
  • Offer
  • Email
  • Specialized
  • Point Expiration
Note: Reports reflect the Reward database, which is typically updated nightly with batch files. If the specified period for a report (the report time frame) is not yet over, the data in the report might reflect only the most recent nightly update of the database.
