| User Name | This field shows the user name. This field is not editable. |
| New Password | Type new password in this field. |
| Confirm New Password | Type the same password that you typed in the New Password field. |
| Last Name | Provide your last name in this field. |
| First Name | Provide your first name in this field. |
| Number of Rows to Display (10-100) | Numbers of lines to be displayed on one page.
Default: 10 |
| Save | Click this button to save the changes you have made. |
| Reset | Click this button to reset the changes and return to the previous page. |
