• Installer Overview
  TIBCO Universal Installer is used to install and uninstall TIBCO Mainframe WebUI.
• Installation Requirements
  Before you run the installer, ensure that you meet all the hardware and software requirements and you have appropriate privileges to run the installer.
• Installation
  This product can be installed in GUI, console, or silent mode.
• Uninstallation
  You can uninstall this product by using TIBCO Universal Installer in GUI or console mode.
• Connection Types and Configuration
  Mainframe WebUI supports two types of connections: Enterprise Message Service and Rendezvous. Multiple Mainframe WebUI browsers can share a Tomcat server. Alternatively, you can have a dedicated Tomcat server running on your PC for its browsers.
• Configuration of the Log4j Properties File
  Mainframe WebUI uses log4j to handle message logging.
• Installation Logging
  If you encounter problems with the installation, first ensure that your system meets all the prerequisites. Next, check the installer log for potential problems.
