| Host (URL)
|
Type a URL, and the syntax of it is:
host: port
where:
- host is the URL or IP address of the machine on which the RED Hub runs.
- port is the TCP port number.

| CHECK
|
Click this icon to check whether the host URL is valid.
If the host URL is valid, the
Checked successfully message is displayed; otherwise, an error message is displayed.

| User Name
|
Type a valid z/OS login ID in uppercase.
By default, the user name is
ADMIN.
|
| Password
|
Type the password associated with the user name if a special identification applies to the connection.
|
| Use TLS Connection
|
If you want to perform client authentication, select this check box.
|
| Selection List
|
If you select this check box, the connection is automatically displayed in the
Output - Connection Name list on the
RED Ops - Console page.
