Define - RV Interface Details
On the Define - Interfaces: RV page, click Add or double-click an existing RV interface, the RV Interface Details page is displayed.
The following table describes the items that are available on the RV Interface Details page:
Item | Description |

Name | Type an RV interface name. |
Description | Type a short description for the RV interface. |
Interface ID | Type an RV interface ID. |
Wait Time on Startup (sec) |
Enter a value in seconds to configure the wait time during startup of the interface. The value should be higher than other interfaces. Valid values for this field are in the range 120 - 600. The default value is 120. |
Workers | Enter the number of worker tasks for each listener.
Valid values for this field are in the range 5 - 40. The default value is 5, and the value of 0 indicates that no worker is assigned. |
Workers (End of Task) |
Enter the number of End of Task (EOT) concurrent worker threads that are started to service the Substation ES UoW termination requests. Valid values for this field are in the range 5 - 40. The default value is 30. |
Suspend Services | If you want to turn on the suspended function for this ESB interface, select this check box.
By default, this check box is selected. |
Enable message receipt | If you want to listen to the Rendezvous messages being delivered to a subject or destination, which is defined at configuration time, select this check box.
By default, this check box is selected. |
Enable message delivery | Specifies whether the messages are to be sent for an ESB Interface.
By default, this check box is selected. |
Message Free List Size |
Enter a number to dynamically set the messages free list size. Valid values for this field are in the range 0 - 300000. The default value is 0. |
Interface Service Number (0, 2048-10240) |
Enter a port number to override the Service Port defined in the RV Connections which are being used in the RV interface. Valid values for this field are in the range 0, 2048 - 10240. The default value is 0, means no override. |
Vector Input in RV Callback |
Specify whether to set the flag for using Rendezvous vector input in the callback for processing messages. By default, this check box is selected. |
