HTTPS Endpoint Configuration

  1. Set up an HTTPS Endpoint using the HTTPS Client Profile.
    1. Run the Configuration Manager tool:
      • Browse to the downloaded folder and unzip tml-config-mgr.tgz.
      • Change directory (cd) to unzipped folder.
      • Grant the execute permissions for the executable files by running: 
        <install-root>/tml-config-mgr> chmod 777 *
      • Start the CM UI as shown below:

      • Once the CM is up, open the url http://localhost:5000 in a browser.
    2. Import the data.zip into the CM UI. The file will be available in the <install-root>/tmgc-deploy/sample_data folder.

    3. Under API Definitions open the hw_sample_service API for edit.

    4. Click on Endpoints from the left pane.

    5. Click on the hw_sample_endpoint link in the panel.
    6. Select HTTPS protocol for the Origin Endpoint backend.
