Using Mashery Local Configuration Manager

The general flow for the Mashery Local administrator when using Configuration Manager is:
  1. Import the configuration data.
  2. Edit the configuration data.
  3. Export the edited configuration data.
  4. Load the edited configuration data into Mashery Local 5.0.
  5. Back up the exported data.zip.

The Configuration Manager itself does not provide version management or long-term storage of the configuration file as it may be located on a machine which may spun down. Mashery recommends utilizing your company's own Repository to handle version control, backups, etc.
