Creating a Mashery Local Cluster

If the namespace you provided in manifest-single-zone.json is not present in the k8 cluster, run the following command first to create the namespace:
```
./create-tml-namespace.sh
```
To set the registry secret, run the following command:
```
./set-registry-secret.sh
```
To create the Mashery Local Gateway cluster, run the following command :
```
./create-tml-cluster.sh
```
