De-Provisioning Instance

If your TIBCO Marketplace subscription expires, the TIBCO Cloud MDM Console does not de-provision your instance. However, you can manually de-provision the instance.

1. To de-provision the instance, click Terminate.
   
2. The Terminating Instance wizard is displayed.
   
3. Click Next to terminate the instance. Step one of the de-provisioning wizard is displayed with a backup option for handling data.
   
4. Select the Send the data to me through email option. The operations team contacts you with your data backup. If you select Don’t keep data, then the backup is not saved.
   
5. Click Proceed to MDM Console. The MDM Dashboard is displayed.
