Running the Data Cleanup Utility

The Data Cleanup utility removes the data from the database, cache, and text index. For information about the utility, see ibi MDM System Administration.

Procedure
1. Go to Tools > Utilities.
2. From the Utilities list, select the Data Cleanup utility.

   The Utilities page is displayed.

3. In the Parameters section, enter parameters.
   The command examples are listed in the Help section. You can copy the command from the list that you want to run. You can run only one command at a time.
   Note: The user credentials are not required because you are already logged in. The superuser can specify enterprise details.
4. Click Execute.
   The following message is displayed: Purge Process Initiated. Click here to see the progress. The commands are stored in the Utilities History table. If the command is successful, a link is displayed.
