States of a Project
The active project instance can be in one of the following states:
| State | Description |

| Collect More Pairs |
Indicates that the current state of the AI model is not suitable for deployment and more pairs must be collected. This is an initial state for a project. This state is also used when the retrained model performs worse than the deployed model and therefore must not be automatically deployed. |
| Approved | Indicates that the current model is approved for use in ibi MDM and deployed to ibi MDM. |
| On Hold | Indicates that the current state of the AI model is not suitable for deployment. Automatic pair collection and retraining are turned off until issues are resolved. |
| Collecting Pairs | Collection of new pairs from ibi MDM merge event tables is in progress. All actions on the project are on hold until the collection is completed. |
| Retraining | Automatic retraining of the AI model is in progress. All actions on the project are on hold until the retraining is completed. |
