Training an AI Model

You can teach the model to predict the labels of novel record pairs based on the examples provided in the Training dataset.

    Procedure
  1. In ibi MDM, click Administration > AI Matching.
  2. On the Projects tab, select the project with the Features Defined state and click Collect Pairs.
  3. Confirm the action, if prompted.
ResultAll records are retrieved from the Match and Merge tables and copied to (Undefined variable: MDM-global-variables.prod_patterns_learn_second) and the record pairs are stored in the project directory.
  • Records that are manually merged from work items are paired. Records that are auto-merged or merged using the Direct merge process are not considered.
  • Record pairs are collected in the incremental order.
  • If the Learn Collect Pairs Schedule job is configured, the scheduled record pair collection runs automatically at the specified time.
  • If the error rate is less than the previously deployed model and the AutoDeploy parameter is set to true (in the LearnConfig.xml file), then the AI model is auto deployed in (Undefined variable: MDM-global-variables.prod_patterns_learn_second).

  • You can turn on or off the scheduled job by clicking Turn Auto On or Turn Auto Off to temporarily suspend the scheduled pair collection for the selected activity project.
