Cache Viewer

The Cache Viewer tool is used to view or delete the data that is present in different caches. You can search cache data by using various operators like contains, equals, starts with, and ends with. The search is performed for the specified criteria through the cache key.

Since the data stored in the caches is large, cache searches display only the initial 1000 records. Therefore, for specific record searches, it is recomended to use the exact cache key or refine your search criteria.

Note: Only the Administrator and the Support Engineer user roles have access to the Cache Viewer tool.

To perform a cache search, follow the steps below:

    Procedure
  1. Select the search type from the Search dropdown list.

  2. Select a search criteria. For example, contains.

  3. Enter the keyword that you want to search and click Search. All the matching cache records are displayed in the search result.

  4. If you want to delete cache records, select the corresponding checkboxes and click Delete.

The image below shows search results containing sample cache records.
