Mass Update

You can mass update the records either by editing multiple records through the user interface or by using a rule.

To access the Mass Update page, click Master Data > Mass Update

Note: The Mass Update option is displayed only for those users who have been assigned the Repository Editor role.

Mass update can be done in two modes:

  • Basic mode: Mass update is done through a spreadsheet-like user interface. This is the default mode.
  • Advanced mode: Mass update is done through a rulebase.
