Password Restrictions
The following restrictions apply to passwords:

A password must not contain user details such as first name, middlename, last name, and so on.

A password must not contain repetitive numbers or characters. For example, 111 and aaa.

A password must not contain keywords specified in the
ReservedKeywords.txtfile. -
A password must not be repeated when you change the password on the Reset Password page. The number is specified in the
Check password repetitionconfiguration property. -
A password login attempts must not exceed three wrong password limits when logging in to TIBCO MDM, else your account is locked. The limit for entering the wrong password is specified in the
Password Attempts Exceedconfiguration property.
