Using the Modify User screen, you edit the profile of an existing user. You can modify any part of the information that you provided while initially creating this user from the Add User screen.
Procedure
Log in to TIBCO MDM.
Click
Administration > User Accounts. The User Accounts screen is displayed.
Select the user and click
Modify. The Modify User screen is displayed.
Similar to the Add User screen, modify different types of details for the user in the following sections:
Modify User — You can change basic details, such as the username, password, phone numbers, and name. There are two ways a user can be authenticated in TIBCO MDM - using a user defined password or LDAP. Select the required type from the drop-down list.
Role — You can modify the roles that are currently assigned to the user. To change a role, select one from the
Available Roles list and click to move that role to the
Selected Roles list. An assigned role will no longer be available in the
Available Roles list, once it has been assigned to the user. You can un-assign a role by selecting the role from the
Selected Roles list by clicking < to move it to the
Available Roles list. Roles can also be customized.

TIBCO MDM Customization Guide for details.
Delegation Profile — You can specify the delegation profile of the user or can modify an already defined delegation profile.
Locale Settings — You can change the language, country, date format, time format, timestamp format, and time zone for the user.
Show Record Attribute Help — This field can take an input of yes or no and based on the input, it activates mouse over display of help in the record add, modify, and copy screens. The default (if no data input is provided here) is to display the help.
Click
Save to save the modified changes.
