TIBCO MDM Installation on JBoss WildFly Application Server

Prerequisite

Follow these instructions to install TIBCO MDM on JBoss WildFly Application Server. Ensure that JBoss support is enabled for TIBCO MDM using the Application Server Name property in Configurator Node ID > Application Server > JBOSS.

  • Directory Structure
    The JBoss WildFly Application Server -10.1.x directory structure is different from its previous versions. Therefore, you should understand its directory structure. Navigate to the location where you have downloaded the JBoss Application Server WildFly verison.
  • Standalone Directory Structure
    In the standalone mode, each JBoss Application Server WildFly 10.1.0 instance is an independent process similar to the previous JBoss versions, such as 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7.
  • Creating Subdirectory Structure
    For creating a module, you need to create the sub-directory structure.
  • Module Creation
    Class loading in JBoss Application Server - WildFly version is different than the previous versions of the JBoss Application Server.
