Export Delivery Options

For the export process, the Quick Export option supports two main delivery options:

• Immediate: Allows you to export a small number of records. Use the Immediate option for the synchronous export. If you select the Immediate option, the Exporting progress bar is displayed. You can cancel the export operation anytime. After the data is exported, the File Download dialog box is displayed.
• Email: Allows you to export large numbers of records. Use the E-mail option for the asynchronous export. If you select the E-mail option, a confirmation message is displayed. You cannot cancel the asynchronous export. After the export is complete, an email is sent to the email ID specified in the User Accounts profile.
  Note: To receive an email, you must enable Email related settings using the Configurator. For more information on enabling Email settings, refer to the TIBCO MDM System Administrator's Guide.
