Rule Templates

A business process rule template contains a set of conditions and actions that provide a structure for the rules that make up the template. Most common conditions are predefined. Any custom conditions can be added during implementation.

Click Business Processes in the menu. The Business Processes screen displays a list of all available business processes. Click the name of the business process to view the template for it. For example, the following screen is displayed when you click the Conflict Resolution business process.
