You can copy a future effective date record to the repository using an existing future dated record.
Note: The hierarchy of the future dated record cannot be copied.
Procedure
Select
Browse and Search.
Select the name of the
Repository from which you want to copy a record.
In the
Filter
drop-down list, select
Only future dated versions
or
Include future dated versions. A list of all future effective date records is displayed.
Select the record to be copied and click
Copy. The Copy Record screen is displayed.
Enter the new details and click the
Save and Process button. The record is copied.
