Installing Configuratior on a JBoss Application Server

Procedure

Copy the $MQ_HOME/config.war to the $JBOSS_HOME/standalone/deployments directory.
Start the JBoss Application Server by executing $JBOSS_HOME/bin/standalone.bat (standalone.sh on UNIX).
