Testing Text Indexing Receiver Pool Size

1. View the number of listeners on the Q_ECM_CORE_TEXT_INDEX queue.
2. Verify that it must be set to 1, using for example TIBCO Enterprise Message Service Administration tool of the TIBCO Enterprise Message Service.
