Predicate Indexes - An Overview

The predicate indexes feature of TIBCO® Patterns - Search has been added to TIBCO MDM to improve the performance when huge data is uploaded in TIBCO MDM.

By using predicate indexes, you can search for exact records instead of querying all records that are listed in the indexing tables. For example, if each record has a field which contains a date and you want to search records with dates after a certain point in time, you can use a predicate expression to select these records.
