Supported and Unsupported Work Items for Simplified and Extended Inbox Pages

The following table lists supported and unsupported work items displayed on the Simplified and Extended inbox pages:

Supported Work Items On the Simplified Inbox page, the Details link is displayed in the last column for each work item. Click the link to view the work item details. The work item details are displayed in a two-column table. On Extended Inbox page, the Preview link is displayed. Click the Preview link to view the work item details. To view the entire details of the work item, click the Full Details link.
Following work items are supported on the Simplified and Extended inbox pages:
  • Record Add
  • Record Edit
  • Record Delete
  • Import Approval
  • Synchronization Approval
  • Synchronization Validation
Unsupported Work Items On the Simplified Inbox page, the Details link is displayed. However, when you click the Details link the classic inbox page is displayed instead of Work Item Details page. On the Extended Inbox page, the View Details link is displayed instead of Preview that redirects to the classic inbox page.
Following work items are not supported on the Simplified and Extended inbox pages:
  • Mass Update
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Match and Merge
  • Target Rejection
  • Hierarchy Management
  • Notification
