For the purpose of counting for a Pack: a Connection is as defined in the
Jakarta Messaging Specification and established between an application 
built with the TIBCO Enterprise Message Service Client Libraries and an
instance of the TIBCO Enterprise Message Service Server, or a network link
established by an application built with the TIBCO FTL Client Libraries,
TIBCO eFTL Client Libraries, Apache Pulsar Client Libraries, Apache Kafka
Client Libraries, or MQTT Client Libraries, to an instance of the TIBCO
FTL Server, Apache Pulsar Broker, Apache Kafka Broker, or Eclipse Mosquitto
Broker.

ProdPlus for TIBCO Messaging - Enterprise Edition means a license type for the
Software which includes 1 Unit of Production and unlimited units of Non-Production.
