Configuration

You can configure the File Share server through the File Share Configuration page which can be accessed by clicking Administration > File Share > Configuration.

The File Share Configuration page is divided into the following sections:

Repository Settings

Defines where file share attachments requests are stored.

Note: The admin has the ability to enable or disable the file share and mailbox capability. The default value for File Share and Mailbox fields is Enabled.

Settings for Users Created by Senders

Defines default values for parameters of users created by File Share senders.

File Share Settings

Defines default settings and limitations for File Share requests.

Archive Settings

Defines settings used by the File Share Archive server. These settings are grouped into the following three subsections:

• General Information: provides information about how the Archive server works.
• File Sync Archive Settings: defines parameters related to the File Share Sync File Sharing functionality.
• Accessibility: provides information about when the Archive server works.
