Retrieving Public Keys

After you add an SSH, FTPS, Platform Server with Implicit SSL or TLS Tunnel or HTTP server definition to TIBCO MFT Command Center, you must retrieve the public key associated with the server definition you just added.

In the following example, the SSH server is used to demonstrate how to retrieve public keys.

Procedure

  1. Click Servers > Manage Servers to open the Manage Servers page.
  2. Click the link to the SSH server that you added with the server credentials defined to log in to the remote SSH server.
The Update Server page is displayed, and the Retrieve public key through this server drop-down list and the Retrieve SSH public key link are added in the Required Server Information section.
  3. Select the server that you want to use to retrieve the public key from the Retrieve public key through this server drop-down list and click the Retrieve SSH public key link.
The public key of the selected remote SSH server is retrieved and written to the MFT database.
