Diagnostics
You can view information that assists TIBCO Technical Support in solving issues with TIBCO MFT Command Center and TIBCO MFT Internet Server through the Diagnostics page which can be accessed by clicking .
The diagnostic information for each server is displayed in a separate section on this page. You can click Retrieve Diagnostics in a section to view the diagnostic information of that server. When the diagnostic information is displayed, you can click the Save Server Diagnostics to File link to save the page as a file. After clicking this link, the Download file page is displayed and you can select the location where you want to save the file. The exact page format and the location of the file are dependent on the web browser that you are using.
The Diagnostics includes the following sections:

Version Information | Displays information about the version and build, and the J2EE server type and version. |
Install Paths | Displays the path where TIBCO MFT Internet Server is installed. |
Database Info | Displays the number of active database connections. |
JVM Settings | Displays the JAVA virtual machine memory usage and FIPS settings. |
Active Transfers | Displays information about currently active transfers. |
Server Time Settings | Displays the current time on the remote server and on the local server. |
Active Trace Object Count | Displays the count of active trace objects. |
JVM System Properties | Displays information about the JAVA virtual machine. |
Environment Variables | Displays the system defined properties that are used with Tomcat and are found in the JAVA_OPTS environment variable. |
SSL Ciphers Suites | Displays SSL or TLS Ciphers supported by the JVM. |
Web.xml Context Parameters | Displays information in the web.xml file. |
Trace Setting | Displays the internal tracing information for transfer definition IDs, users, or servers. |
File Information | Displays the path and date and time of files located in the application context and important JAVA files. |
Trace Info | Displays information about internal tracing. |
Session Info | Displays information about the current number of sessions. |
