Connection Manager Configuration
During installation, the CMA and CMS are configured with default values that work in most environments. The MFT Command Center can configure the Connection Manager components (CMA, CMS and MFTIS) through the Command Center Admin pages.
If you want Command Center to configure the MFTIS, CMA and CMS, then firewall ports must be opened to allow Command Center to communicate with the CMA, CMS and MFTIS.
Since CMS, CMA and MFTIS Connection Manager configuration parameters are saved in an xml file, you can use a text editor to configure the Connection Manager Parameters. Using a text editor to configure the CMA, CMS and MFTIS should only be done if you cannot use Command Center to configure these files. Contact TIBCO Support if you need to update these files manually.
