MFT Platform Server Post Processing Actions
Post processing actions define the action that should be taken when a transfer completes, either successfully or unsuccessfully. Post processing actions are supported on all Platform Servers. Limited post processing actions are also supported on Internet Servers as well.
- Up to four post processing actions can be defined.
- Post processing is defined on the command line or in the transfer process statements.
- Each post processing action can be executed in the initiator or the responder.
- Each post processing action can be executed on success or failure.
Up to 256 bytes of data can be passed to the post processing action. Symbolic parameters can be used to pass transfer related information to the Post Processing data field.
