Server Credentials
The following tables list the tasks that users can perform on server credentials.
Administrative tasks associated with severs credentials can be limited by the rights that are assigned (or not assigned) to a user. Department administrators cannot administer server credentials unless they are given UpdateServerCredentialRight. Otherwise, super administrators will be the only one who can perform these tasks. Public users and groups associated with server credentials can only be mapped to servers that are in their departments and the departments that their department administrators can manage, or public servers in other departments. A private user or group in a department can never be mapped to a server that is not assigned to that user or group’s department.
ViewServerCredentialRight enables a user to view credentials.
